Our training programmes provide tailored learning and support to meet the professional development needs of individuals working in and alongside schools' fundraising and engagement. Each programme includes a range of packages to meet the diverse training needs of development professionals and school leaders, from those starting out on their development journey to more experienced practitioners. Training programmes are open to members and non-members. IDPE members receive a discount when booking.

Fundraising for school leaders programme
With support and endorsement from GSA and HMC, and in consultation with heads, IDPE has developed a highly personalised fundraising programme designed to fast-track heads (and aspiring heads) of independent schools to set up and lead effective professional fundraising programmes.

New to development programme
If your school is new to schools' fundraising and engagement, or you have recently recruited a new member to your development team, IDPE's new to development programme is a year-long, holistic training programme offering an introduction to all aspects of professional fundraising and engagement in schools.
