An interactive day of discussion and case studies exploring the challenges associated with managing a successful, school-wide, capital campaign.

Why should you attend?
You will learn how to develop a successful school-wide capital campaign, and learn first-hand about the Perse School’s experience of running their capital campaign. You will then have an opportunity to discuss the challenges facing your school in mounting a capital campaign and to work with our speakers and your peers to identify potential ways to address these.

Who should attend?
Schools’ development professionals with some experience of capital campaigns.

Workshop programme
The workshop will cover the following topics:

  • Creating a compelling case for support for your capital campaign
  • Developing the core constituents to ensure school-wide buy in to your campaign
  • The reality of running a capital campaign and lessons learnt
  • An opportunity for you to present challenges you’re facing with your capital campaign and to explore ways of addressing these to move forward
