IDPE 2024 Annual Conference venue: East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham

The IDPE 2024 Annual Conference will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham.

Travel by rail

The nearest stations are Beeston and Nottingham. There are over 30 direct trains that travel between St Pancras and Nottingham on a daily basis.

Travel by road

For travel by car, use the following navigation coordinates (52.938863, -1.203153) and postcode (NG7 2RJ) to find the conference centre. Guests are entitled to complimentary car parking.

Travel by air

East Midlands Airport is 14 miles from the East Midlands Conference Centre via the M1 North. There is a regular Skylink Nottingham bus from the airport directed to Friar Lane, Nottingham City Centre.

Accommodation

Accommodation at the on-site Orchard Hotel is now full. IDPE has secured a preferential rate at the Jubilee Hotel, which is a 10-minute drive across the university campus from the conference centre. Many of our delegates will be using the Jubilee Hotel and if you'd like us to facilitate lift/taxi sharing, please do let us know by emailing info@idpe.org.uk.
