Heather will guide you through the essentials of data segmentation, strategic planning, and effective use of channels such as direct mail, giving days, and telephone appeals. You'll also explore how to bring key stakeholders along on the journey and create a compelling case for investment in your regular giving programme to ensure lasting impact for your organisation.
