Regional network
IDPE have established a regional network for schools to learn, exchange ideas and support one another, at a local level.
Online regional meet-ups
Our regional meet up are currently being held online and continue to be a great way for our members to connect with others facing similar challenges and share knowledge. To find out more about what’s being discussed you can view all regional meet up notes in the IDPE members’ resource library.
Regional Vice Presidents
We have 12 regions across the UK led by two (or more) regional vice presidents (RVPs). RVPs are development professionals who volunteer their time to support local schools, through providing informal mentoring and support, and organising termly meetings to share expertise. Learn more about being an RVP.
Regional meetings
Regional meetings provide a forum for discussion and networking with like-minded individuals, and free informal training from our corporate partners and experienced development professionals. Find out when your next regional meeting is now by choosing your region from the list on the left. Don’t forget, if you can’t make your local meeting, you can attend a meeting in any of the other regions.
All schools are welcome to attend one regional meeting before becoming IDPE members. Please contact us at info@idpe.org.uk, if you are new to schools’ fundraising and engagement, and would like to know more about our regional support network.
Please note that as with all IDPE networking events Chatham House rules apply, as these are intended as ‘safe places’ for all members to speak freely. We kindly ask you to read our ‘regional meeting and peer group forum code of conduct’. Thank you.
Is your school able to host a regional meeting?
We rely on the generous support of schools from across the UK to host our regional meetings – all we ask is a room which will accommodate up to 30 people with refreshments and/or lunch if possible. Please contact us at info@idpe.org.uk, if your school would be willing to host a regional meeting.
