Success is about so much more than having the technical and tactical knowledge to implement a school’s development strategy. Implementing development and external relations programmes in this new era requires a highly evolved skill set including the right mindset and behaviour to direct for success. This programme enables those adapting to changing work practice and seeking to develop a broader range of skills.
