Your prospects require your time and attention. Implementing a moves management system can help you prioritise your activities for the right prospects and identify next steps to take towards asking for a donation.

Your governors and heads look forward to the results of your fundraising activities, but they may lack an understanding of what it is you actually do to get a donation.  Implementing a moves management system allows you to report where your prospects are, how much effort is required until a donation is made and potentially even how much you might raise.

In this masterclass, schools development and data expert Christian Propper will help delegates to develop a moves management system together, to help you record, report and prioritise your fundraising activities, to achieve greater fundraising success.

At the end of the session, you will come away with:

  • Meaningful terminology and data management tricks to describe moves management that is easily understood by all.
  • Reports that help manage expectations and predict your fundraising success.
  • Ideas on activities to take to help you move prospects along towards making a gift.

The Masterclass will be run on Zoom and take two hours, including breaks and small group activities.

Who is it for?

  • Development managers, senior development associates or equivalent
  • Development directors, deputy/associate development directors or equivalent
  • IDPE members and non-members
