The IDPE 2022 Celebration of Giving (and giving back) was an opportunity for all schools to come together and celebrate the generosity of our communities. Whether you chose to run a giving day, thank your community or recognise your volunteers, thank you for joining us to celebrate the impact of schools' philanthropy and engagement on the lives of young people.

Support the IDPE community - celebration of giving case studies

Portsmouth Grammar School

In March 2021, Portsmouth Grammar School set out to raise £150,000 for bursaries, and an aim of 250 donors participating in their first-ever Giving Day.  This Giving Day exceeded their expectations, raising more than £240,000 from over 650 donors, and has led to an overall increase in giving in their follow-up telephone campaign, as well as further success in their 2022 Giving Day.

Stowe School

In December 2020, Stowe launched Change 100, their programme for fully-funded bursaries which aims to raise £100 million to create an endowment which will support 100 full bursary places at Stowe in perpetuity.

IDPE 2022 Development Awards

This year has seen the return of the IDPE Development Awards, which offered the opportunity to showcase and celebrate excellence in schools' fundraising and engagement. Thank you to everyone who nominated and voted!
