Regional network

Regional network

IDPE's regional network enables schools to learn, exchange ideas and support one another, at a local level. We have 12 regions across the UK supported by two (or more) Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). RVPs are development professionals who volunteer their time to assist IDPE to get to know members on a more local level and ensure members in their region can make the most of their IDPE membership. We also run a number of online 'peer group' forums to enable groups with similar schools or responsibilities to discuss challenges and ideas.

Regional meetings

IDPE hold regional meetings twice per year for each region, in the autumn and spring, typically one online (via zoom) and one in person (thanks to IDPE member schools who offer to host). These meetings provide a forum for discussion and networking with like-minded individuals. As well as the opportunity to meet other development professionals to share ideas and experiences, there will also be opportunities to learn from our corporate partners and experienced development professionals.

All schools are welcome to attend one regional meeting before becoming IDPE members. Please contact us at info@idpe.org.uk, if you are new to schools' fundraising and engagement, and would like to know more about our regional support network.

Please note that as with all IDPE networking events Chatham House rules apply, as these are intended as 'safe places' for all members to speak freely. We kindly ask you to read our regional meeting and peer group forum code of conduct. Thank you.
